Popoff is a visitor penguin that only appears in Fun! Fun! Pingu.
Bio
He first appears at the beginning of the game where he arrives in a sailboat which sinks, much to his disdain.
He later appears in the game when he loses his gold coin, but Pingu manages to retrieve it for it.
