- This is the last UK Pingu VHS release to have to 1990-1997 BBC Video ident as the BBC underwent a major corporate rebrand on the 4th of October that year which introduced the 1997-2009 BBC Video ident and the current BBC logo, because starting with Fun with Pingu, the BBC Video ident from 1997-2009 would be used for the remainder of any UK Pingu VHS releases from this point onwards.
