Pingu B.V. (formerly known as Editoy B.V.) was a company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It was a Dutch entity of the former Swiss company Editoy AG, which took over ownership of the Pingu intellectual property. On October 29th 2001, the company collapsed and all of its assets were sold to HiT Entertainment for over £15.9m.

The company was listed as the copyright holder on any media or merchandise related to Pingu until 2002, when the rights to the IP were moved to the Hit Entertainment-owned entity The Pygos Group.
