Pengy is Pingu's classmate. He appeared only a few times throughout the series.

Pengy has a strong resemblance to Pingu, although his head is narrrower and much more pointed, slopping down to his beak.

He also appeared in Eskimo Disco 7-11 and one segment from The Pingu Show.
Trivia
- In Pingu's Sledge Academy, the previous students all look like him.
