A selection of short films by Otmar Gutmann was released on the Japanese Pingu - vol.1 DVD. One particular short features Hugo messing with a tube of yellow paint and accidentally splattering a tall yellow creature.

Trivia[]
- This is the second and last Hugo short known to have been made, with the first one being created in 1980.
- This is the Walrus' first appearance.
- The unnamed yellow creature was not used in the Pingu TV series, but can be seen in another clip on Otmar Gutmann's showreel.
- A blue and bigger version of the barrel organ would be used in Pingu and the Barrel Organ and Pingu at the Funfair.
