ITVBe is a British free to air channel owned by ITV. It was mainly targeted towards young women with mostly reality shows, but also has a three hour preschool programming block called LittleBe on Monday to Friday mornings which has been in operation since September 2018.
Pingu in the City started airing on ITVBe's LittleBe block on Monday 25th Feburary 2019.[1]
