Village Vanguard Cafe is a coffeehouse located at the Lumine Est shoping center in Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan. On 20th October 2017, the official Pingu Staff Blog announced a Pingu collaboration at the Village Vanguard Cafe from November 2, 2017 to January 14, 2018.[1][2] During this time, customers could order various Pingu menus, along with mugs, stuffed toys, etc.

- The Pingu themed popcorn is possibly a reference to Pingu The Chef where Pingu made just that - popcorn.
