Christiaan (Chris) Van Tongelen (born June 4, 1968 in Duffel) is a Flemish (musical) actor, stage director, singer and music producer. He has his own cover group called B@ng. He made the Flemish Dutch version of the Pingu Dance (Pingu Dans), and was exclusively released for the Flandern region of Belgium in 1995.
