Carlo Bonomi (born in Milan, Italy, March 12th, 1937) is an Italian actor and voice artist, who provided the voices for the first four seasons of Pingu without a script. He is also notable for voicing Mr Linea in an Italian cartoon aired on Italian TV channel RAI named La Linea. In 1985, his voice was used for station announcements at Milano Centrale Railway Station right up until 2008. When the show was revived for a 5th and 6th season, Bonomi was replaced by David Sant and Marcello Magni due to his retirement from the series.
