Boomerang (formerly known as Boomerang from Cartoon Network) is a sister channel of Cartoon Network, which operated by Warner Brothers. Global Kids, Young Adults and Classics division of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. Boomerang was launched on December 8, 1992 as a programming block on the then-new Cartoon Network. On April 1, 2000, Boomerang became its own channel.
